The Episode starts with Viraj asking Khushi if she is ready for the surprise. He blindfolds her and shows the surprise birthday party to her. She sees the cake and gifts and says today is not my birthday. Viraj says I know when is your real birthday, but today we will celebrate your 13th birthday. He says you have said I love you Papa. Nihal comes out of the cupboard as joker. Viraj slaps him and asks why you didn’t wear monkey’s costume. Khushi cuts the cake and makes Viraj eat it. Viraj asks her to feed cake to baby. When Khushi tries to make Nihal have cake, then Viraj tells that he is diabetic. He then shows the gifts for her, and says you was not with me for 13 years. He shows the gift for her first birthday. Nihal tells himself that he will have sleeping pill and sleep peacefully. Khushi hears him. Viraj gives special watch to Khushi on her 13th birthday. He makes her wear it. Khushi says Papa…we shall dance. Nihal says he will play the song. Siya comes out and sees his family members fallen down and unconscious. Raghav sings the song and says it is now dead place. Siya is shocked.
Khushi, Viraj and Nihal are dancing. Khushi steals sleeping pills from Nihal’s pocket. She says you will see my little jaan’s big mind. Siya asks her family to open their eyes and cries. Khushi tells that she has enjoyed. She says she will have cake, as she is hungry. Viraj asks Nihal to keep dancing. Khushi makes powder of the tablets and sprinkles on the cake.
Raghav says Jaan and hugs her. He says you remember our marriage date, but don’t remember our marriage vows. Khushi eats cake and offers Viraj the spiked cake piece. Raghav tells the new set of marriage 7 vows which he made. He makes her wear garland while taking the vows. She says I will not let your madness complete and will not let your stubborn win. She says I will not obey to your sayings. She faints and falls down. Viraj says he is allergic to cherry and makes Nihal eat it. He eats the cake and falls down. Nihal also falls down. Khushi says my little Jaan…my foot. She says if you are my father then I am your mother. She walks away from there. Khushi comes to her foster’s parents house and hug her mother. Her mother pushes her and says you are not our daughter and is bad blood like that man. They push her out of the house. Viraj comes there and tells her that they will not open the door. He says only he loves her. He says he is not just her father, but everyone’s father and saw her mixing tablet power on the cake. He asks her to stop crying.
Siya gains consciousness and recalls her family unconscious. She says Raghav. She sees her family on video call and says you are fine. Raghav says they were waiting for you. He mutes the call and says it was sleeping medicine and not poison. Her mother asks Siya not to cry for the happy moment. Rashmi asks Raghav to tell her. Raghav tells her that he called Doctor when she fainted and she said that they are pregnant. Siya is happy. Raghav says I will love our child, like I love you. Siya gets scared thinking about his madness. Dadi and Tushar get tensed while others are happy. Raghav says this baby will strengthen our relation.
Viraj asks Khushi not to cry and says blood relations are stronger. He says they have thrown you out. Raghav says this baby will never let us separate. Viraj asks Khushi to come with him and says you are my daughter and will never cry. Khushi cries.
Raghav hugs Siya and says I love you so much. Siya thinks my baby will not become like you. I will not let my baby’s destiny become like you.
Precap: While Raghav is on call. Siya comes there holding knife and Raghav asks her if she wanted to kill him. siya says yes, and tells him that the baby will be her baby and not his.
