The Episode starts with Aasma thinking that she has seen the same dress with Rano, which she saw in Manpreet’s photo. Just then Armaan comes there and asks Aasma to come, and tells that RV met with an accident. Aasma asks when and where? He says we don’t have time, come fast. They leave in the jeep. Aaliya tries to go behind them, but Neetu stops her. Aaliya asks her to let her go. Bebe asks if she has sold her shame. Aaliya insists on seeing him once. Bebe asks do you want everyone to know. Aaliya asks them to let her go for humanity sake. She asks Rano to let her go. Sukhi says nothing will happen to him, he will come back. Aaliya says if he don’t return then? Rano says no. Aaliya says you all are responsible for his condition and says he was worried and was not talking to anyone, he didn’t pick my call too. She says first you people were upset with him because of our relation and now he is punished for being mummy son. Aasma and Armaan see RV in the hospital. Aaliya asks them to celebrate when he dies. Raja comes there. Aaliya vents out her anger on him. She then apologizes.
Armaan calls Rano and tells that RV needs blood and though his blood group matches with his, but as he was given blood few days back, he can’t give blood. He says though the blood group is rare, it is difficult to save him. Everyone is shocked. Aaliya comes to the hospital. Armaan asks her to go home. Aaliya insists to meet him. Aasma asks her not to do drama and asks her to go. Aaliya asks if you would have agreed if Armaan was in the hospital. Armaan asks her to compare their relation with Raja and her relation, and not with RV and her relation. Aasma promises to give her all the details. Aaliya goes. Aasma says what Mummy ji might be going through.
Rano worries for RV. Neetu asks her to call RV’s father and says if you care for him so much then shall ask him to give his blood to his son. Kannu comes there. Bebe sends her from there. Raja says I will give blood to RV, he is my brother. Rano cries. She goes from there. She recalls Aaliya’s words.
She calls someone and says you have to come, are you listening. She says you have to come, else your son will die. She says if you don’t come then you can’t forgive yourself all life, and asks him to come and save him. Armaan and Aasma wait for someone to come to save RV. Sukhi and Rano come to the hospital with their faces covered. Rano goes to the doctor and tells that she has come from RV’s house and says he will give him blood. Doctor says he has to tell them. Rano asks them not to tell Ranvijay, Aasma and Armaan. Doctor agrees. Nurse tells Aasma and Armaan that Doctor called. They get up to meet the doctor. The masked man comes to the ward to see RV. Aasma catches him and asks who is he? He throws the tray and runs. Aasma pulls the shawl which he is wearing and falls. Armaan holds her. They see Rano hiding. Armaan says we shall ask Mummy. Aasma tells that she knows who is that man, and asks him to wait till tomorrow, and that man himself will tell the truth. Rano prays for RV. Armaan thinks what she is hiding? Aasma messages Aaliya that RV is better now. She thinks everything will be known by tomorrow.
Raja insists to meet RV. Armaan tells that he will take him there. Aasma comes there and tells that nobody needs to go there now. Everyone asks him, how is he? Rano and Sukhi ask her to say. Aasma looks down. Rano asks her if Ranvijay is fine. Aasma says Doctors couldn’t save him, he is not between us, and has left us. Everyone is shocked.
