Scene 1

Lakshmi tells Narayan that he made her saree nicely. Narayan comes there and is mesmerized seeing Lakshmi in a saree, he smiles and says the meaning of beauty is you. He offers her flowers and says these are my peace offerings. Lakshmi says they should reside in your feet as you are the meaning of peace. He says no.. till I get you completely ready, these flowers will stay with you. He matkes her sit down and shows her all the jewellery. She is surprised and says you will get me ready? He says what’s the issue? you are my everything and I want to pamper you. She smiles and says I accept getting cared for by you. Narayan makes her wear jewellery and get ready ready.

The priests welcome the priest Rishidurwasha. Rishidurwasha says I have brought garland as a proof for peace and blessings, we have to show our support to Lakshmi and Narayan so I brought these for them.

Rishidurwasha enters Indarlok. The ministers are enjoying dancing of girls there, they are surprised seeing him. Devraj says you could have called us, Rishidurwasha says I wanted to bless you all. Its your duty to protect and work for the balance in the wold, he makes him wear the garland. Devraj offers him a drink but Rishidurwasha asks if he was celebrating for something? Devraj says we were celebrating peace only. Rishidurwasha says I don’t indulge in these things.

Scene 2

Lakshmi tells Narayan that his love and care has made her more beautiful. Narayan says its my duty to take care of my wife. She says every wife deserves this from her husband, he should respect her, honor her and take care of her. He says we have to take care of everything that’s important to us.

Devraj is angry and says he gave me a gift that’s so cheap, this garland is nothing for me. He throws it to the elephant who stomps on it. Devraj says even my pet didn’t like it. Aditi laughs seeing that.

Aditi meets up with Rishidurwasha, he says what are you doing here? Aditi says I wanted to take your blessings but otherside Devraj is insulting it. Rishidurwasha goes back to Devraj and sees his garland torned up. Aditi comes there and says these Devtas don’t even care about your blessings. Rishidurwasha tells Devraj that he has disrespected his position, he shouldn’t have this much ego.

Narayan tells Lakshmi to put the flowers down, she says I will hold on to them till you made me ready so I can put them in your feet. He says okay, he says these anklets are proof of your blessings.

Rishidurwasha tells Devraj that he has insulted hi so he is going to curse him, he curses him that he loses his position, all Devtas lose their status and power. He curses them that all Devtas’ women be taken away from them.

Narayan is making Lakshmi wear an anklet but it breaks suddenly, they both get shocked seeing that. Narayan and Lakshmi both lose their Devta status. They become commoners, she says I couldn’t handle it. Our love and care remained unfinished. She says I have to go to patalok. he says we just started our journey together and you are leaving me? She says our duty comes first. Rishidurwasha has cursed Devtas to lose women so I have to go away. She starts going away from him and says I know you don’t want me to leave but you told me to not go against the balance of this universe so I have to follow it and tell you to not stop me. I am going to go away from you to fulfil my duties. She leaves him, Narayan is hurt seeing her go away.
