Scene 1

Padmavati tells Narayan to become her tutor because of his loyalty for Narayan. He says I can’t deny that, I will become your tutor from tomorrow. She thanks him and leaves. Bhargavi sees all that and thinks how can he be so loyal to Narayan?

Narayan looks at Bhargavi’s shagun and smiles. Devshi says how will change her feelings? she hates you now so how will you change it to love? Sati says Rishi is going to start her wedding ceremonies soon. Devshi says I have an idea, if you can’t change her feelings for Narayan so why can’t you make her fall for Venkatesh instead? Narayan smiles hearing that.

Narayan says to himself that he will have to wake up her heart if he wants to win her heart. He starts playing his flute. Otherside Bhargavi is trying to sleep but hears it and gets some flashbacks of her life with Narayan. She gets up and starts following the flute path. She comes to the riverside and finds Venkatesh playing flute. She says I feel like I have heard this tone before. He says this tone is filled with love. She says your lover would be lucky to have you. He says I don’t know if she knows about my love. He asks if he knows about his love? I love you a lot. She says how dare you say that? I didn’t know it was you who was playing this. I can never trust a person who is Narayan’s follower. Narayan says if my love is pure then it will light fire all around us. Bhargavi laughs and says you must be a fool. He says you have no idea how much love you. She says then show proof of your love. Suddenly the fire starts all around them. He says I can confess my love here, I love you a lot. Bhargavi is surprised seeing the fire all around them. She runs from there. Padmavati comes there and finds him playing the flute, she smiles and says how can’t be attracted to him?

Padmavati is waiting for Venkatesh for tutoring. He arrives there and asks if she is ready? she nods and smiles. He starts teaching her. She says I have started loving, he is shocked hearing that.

Bhargavi’s friends ask her to dance with them. She dances around and recalls Venkatesh’s confession. Vasu arrives there and says I won’t like my wife dancing so don’t do that again. He tries holding her hand but she moves away and says you still aren’t my husband. I haven’t given permission to you order me. He angrily leaves.

Narayan tells Padmavati that he is sorry because he loves someone else. I belong to someone else, I can’t give you my love. She says look at me, I am pretty and I am a princess. You can become a king with me so don’t reject my love. We will have a good life together, at least think about it as an option. Narayan says love isn’t about having options. You have everything but I love someone else. He says I have taken a decision that I won’t ever meet you again. I will be happy if you have learned anything today. He starts leaving but she says I won’t let you go that easily. What’s the value of your love? I will pay the price. He smiles hearing that.
