Vibhu goes to Angoori in the morning. Vibhu says that it’s unfair that she doesn’t even make eye contacts. Angoori says that she gets confused whenever he says something. Vibhu tells Angoori that he’s completing his duty as a neighbour. Angoori suggests him to do some duty as an employed person. Vibhu says that he’s waiting for some work which is suitable for him. Angoori says that his time also might run out. A thief passes by a them on a bike. A traffic police officer is running after him to catch him. Angoori suggests Vibhu to go a help the police officer. Vibhu says that the officer can handle the situation better than him. Angoori says that she has a great sympathy for traffic police officers and leaves.
Anu and Tiwari are drinking coconut water after their walk. Anu asks Tiwari about his business. Tiwari says that he doesn’t think that this business is going to be successful in near future. Anu asks if everyone is going to stop wearing under garments in future? Tiwari says, yes. Anu gets confused. Prem shows up and he’s talking to his friend of his phone. Prem says that how his friend lend money from him to buy trucks for his business, and now his friend owns 5 trucks and congratulates him for another one. Prem hangs up the call and greets Tiwari. Commissioner tells Happu that minister was stuck in the traffic for almost 3 hours. He says the road is congested and vehicles can pass through Ram Narayan Market. Manohar suggested that they should make the road one way. Commissioner tells him to shut up, because they need government permission for that. Happu suggets that they should block the road. Commissioner tells Happu that he doesn’t deserve his position. Manohar laughs. Commissioner says that they are lacking man power, to control the situation. Commissioner says that they are transferred to traffic police department. Happu gets shocked.
Two people are arguing in a road rage. Happu shows up and tries to control the situation, but he also starts arguing with them. Now, Commissioner shows up and orders them to take their vehicles off this road. One of the person that he needs 3 thousand rupees. Happu starts beating both of them. Commissioner asks them, what do they want to move their vehicles. They asks commissioner for 6 thousand rupees. Commissioner agrees and asks Happu for 3 thousand rupees. Happu gets shocked and denies. Happu asks Commissioner but he also denies. Happu tells Commissioner to give this traffic officer duty to Vibhu.
Anu and Tiwari are interviewing Tillu. Anu asks Tillu if he knows how to drive? Tillu says that he can drive pretty good. Tillu says, he can drive even better when drunk. Anu interrupts and says that she will not entertain this behaviour. Tillu and Tiwari starts arguing because of their past. Anu asks Tillu for his salary, she tells Tillu that he will get 20k per month. Tillu gets excited. Tiwari asks Anu to give him 6k and let go. Anu denies and tells Tiwari that’s the problem.
Happu is handling the traffic and Vibhu is sitting beside him at the junction. Vibhu asks Happu that why did he call him? Happu asks Vibhu if he wants a job in police? Vibhu asks about the job. Happu tells Vibhu that he will be a traffic police officer. Vibhu remembers about Angoori that she told him about sympathy she has for traffic police officer. Happu starts questioning Vibhu about the job. Vibhu gives all the answers smartly. While asking the questions, Happu gets hit by a bike.
Tillu tells Tiwari and Anu that Vibhu fined him for 2k rupees.
