Bala tells his wife that he would go inside as it is very cold outside and his headache is a lot better, he even asks his wife to come but she says she will come once Bhim and Rama return so Bala goes back to his house, she thinks she has to talk with lakshmi tomorrow. Bala and Rama also return when she goes to them both, she tells Rama the food is ready and she should eat it herself while even give it to Bhim, Rama leaves to bring it when she asks Bhim if they would win the case tomorrow, Bhim is very tensed. Rama says that the problem is they cannot gather Iit without the help of the worker but would he help them, Ramji says there are a lot of ways but they have to ask Bhim. The wife of Bala says they would ask everyone and surely find something, Bhim says it would not be possible as there are a lot of people from their class in Bombay and how would they be able to find it, mentioning Mr Puranwala has said that if they donot present their case in a strong manner tomorrow then the case wold be closed, Phulari comes saying that he should take back the case if it is to be closed so her Jaggu is freed, Bhim asks her to calm down as nothing would happen to him, Phulari says that she found out he went to ask for help from the same person who became the witness against Jaggu. Rama warns her to think before blaming, Bhim stops her saying she would be worried about her husband Rama says even she is worried about her husband but she promises Phulari to not be worried as nothing will happen to her husband which is her promise, Phulari says that she knows that Rama would do the thing which Bhim likes, Rama gets furious saying she would leave everything if they are not able to win the case, the aunt asks Rama what is she saying when she replies that she is not saying it while being emotional.

The child comes running handing Bhim the letter, Bhim asks who sent it when he is informed that the person had covered his face, Bhim asks Deepak to go to his home as it is very late, Bhim asks Rama to come with him and even calls Ramji along with everyone else, Ramji keeps asking Bhim what happened but he does not say anything, Jija Bai also follows them wondering where are they going. Bhim while walking is explaining everything to Ramji, the worker meets with them so Bhim says he is glad the worker agreed to help them, he says he was forced to become a witness to protect his family but he has to give the proof, Bhim says tat they are doing it so late at night without the desire of Sethji so it is a crime but Ramji says they are doing it for justice so it would not be a crime, he says they will keep an eye on everyone, Bhim enters with the worker. Jija Bai thinks if Bhim wins this time then it would be her biggest defeat which she cannot let happen. The worker gives Bhim the worker, he says they have to find out the news on which it is written that the groom from a lower class was removed from the horse.

The worker tells he was not able to fin what help did Bhim come to seek from his friend, Meghnat son says that he refused when Meghnat explains that he became a false witness so Bhim would have come to lecture him, Meghnat explains they have to find out about the case of Puran but as the lawyer told him then the case of Puran would end, they must wait to see how Bhim would be standing there. Jija Bai says that there is still last night, Meghant questions what is she trying to say, Jija Bai explains that the worker secretly met Bhim and his followers that too outside his office, Sethji questions what is he doing outside his office when Meghant suggests what if Bhim Rao with the help of that worker in the house, Inspector asks them to come and if they find anyone inside then he would take Bhim Rao to the police station so he would not be able to reach the court. Jija Bai exclaims Bhim would be sent to the police station after which he should save Puran and Jaggu.

Bhim Rao with the help of the worker is searching for the evidence while Meghant along everyone else are going towards the office followed by Jija Bai who is smiling, Bhim Rao is still searching for the proof, and he tries to write them on a paper, Bhim advises Ramji to keep an eye that no one must come here, they all start looking around. Meghnat is furiously walking with Sethji and the Inspector towards the office, Jija Bai keeps following them while Bhim is still going through the newspapers, while writing down the clauses. The worker asks if they are able to find when Bhim is sure that their plan would work, Bhim once again asks Ramji to tell them if anyone comes. Aanad sees Meghant walking towards the office with Sethji, so explains they have to run. They all run when Bhim asks the worker to hurry, Meghant reaches the office but sees that it is locked and they are all shocked, Meghant says the lock is open so they have surely went inside and something has happened, the worker wonders what if they are caught so everyone gets worried. Meghnat wonders what kind of secret would be in the office, Sethji says they would find about it after going inside so they all enter and start looking around but are not able to find anything, Meghnat jee also keeps looking but then turns to Jija Bai who says she indeed saw them coming here, Meghnat son says that nothing has been turned here so they would have not even opened the office and if they have taken anything then it would be revealed tomorrow morning, Meghnat says that Bhim is a very clever person and would have come here for something important, Jija Bai thinks that Bhim would not have come here without any reason, Ramji says he does not know who luck is worse that he got such a wife who is against his family, or the one who got a family like them. Bhim tells Ramji to forget about it as they are walking on their path then Jija Bai is also following her own path, the worker says that he cannot help them anymore but only in hiding because if they find out about it then who knows what they would do with him, Bhim appreciates what he has done, Ramji says his own wife is going against them but he is glad with what the worker has done.

Inspector requests his leave from Sethji explaining he has to take care of Jaggu,Sethji assures no one can stop them from ruling so he leaves while even Jija Bai is worried.

In the morning everyone is wondering where is everyone as they have been away since last night when Jija Bai exclaims that they all are doing some act which would cause troubles for them but the neighbor says that he is sure Bhim Rao would do something big. Bhim returns with his entire family when Phulari asks if he has returned while assuring the death of her husband, Rama promises her that nothing would happen to her husband when one of the neighbor questions what did they do last night, Bhim replies they will find about it in the court, Ramji asks Bhim Rao to get ready as they must leave for court, Bhim says he will get ready here so asks Rama to bring his clothes, he vows to no go inside the chawl until he gets justice for Puran Kaka and Jaggu, Jija Bai also returns angrily while Ramji is furious.
