Teji approaches Jarnail, who is tied to a chair. She offers him water, and he asks her to free his hands as well. Jarnail questions why she’s letting him go to jail. Teji suggests that once he serves his punishment, they can start anew. Jarnail emotionally manipulates Teji, asking for a hug before going to jail.
