Shefali shows Abeer all of Sheikh’s fake passports and how is on hit list for trafficking and drug smuggling. Sheflai tells Abeer that except India, Sheikh is on radar in every other country so he chose India for his next trap.
Shefali tells Abeer he’s fortunate to have escaped just before signing the deal. Abeer asks who assisted in stopping the deal, but Shefali refrains from revealing the person’s identity, explaining she was asked not to. Abeer expresses gratitude and a desire to thank the anonymous individual. Shefali ponders who risks their life to thwart his deal and recalls Neerja’s attempt to stop him.
Didun arrives at the editor’s office and overhears Trisha talking to the CEO. Trisha admits wanting revenge on Neerja for ruining her engagement and urges the CEO to tarnish Neerja’s reputation, which Didun hears. Later, Trisha meets Didun, suggesting teaming up against Neerja, but Didun’s offer is met with refusal by Trisha, who wants time until tomorrow.
Abeer expresses to Bijoy that Sheikh is deceitful and would terminate the business post-deal signing with Kaushik. Kaushik defends himself, and when asked to admit his mistake, Bijoy scolds him. Abeer insists they should thank the person who alerted the police. However, he refuses to disclose their identity, believing it might be Neerja, despite doubts from others. Trisha gets upset hearing Abeer’s belief and urges him to focus on the wedding. Didun instructs the lawyer to use Neerja’s name to conceal her mistake, which he assures her of.
Trisha contacts Didun, pledging her support, which makes Didun content. Shefali informs Neerja they’re facing a problem, showing her news claiming Neerja is involved with Sheikh, although Neerja denies it, finding it difficult to disprove. Abeer, frustrated with the reports, notes Sheikh’s absence in the news, while Trisha believes Neerja’s involvement, citing her background from Sonagachi and her mother’s arrest in a drug case. Abeer questions how Trisha knew about it, suspecting something amiss and determined to uncover the truth.
Trisha tries to dissuade Abeer, who insists on meeting Neerja in jail. Shefali advises Neerja against leaving jail, fearing everything is against her. Neerja insists on staying to protect Abeer and requests Shefali to release her mother. Shefali reminds Neerja of finding a lawyer first. Munmun tells Kaushik that Trisha has saved him from Bijoy, but Kaushik dismisses it. Abeer seeks Shefali’s permission to meet Neerja in jail, surprising her upon arrival.
Precap: Neerja says to Abeer, she did this because she loves him. Abeer on call says he wants Neerja and her mother out of the jail. Everyone at Bagchi’s hear that and get worried. Moushmi makes Abeer swear on her to not deal with Neerja. Abeer denies to swear and asks Moushmi to stop all the emotional black mail.
