Scene 1
Purnima thinks about what Damayanthi said. Sumitra says the danger is still left. Raj is still in danger for the next 6 hours. Purnima says nothing will happen to Raj. I will do pooja for him. Nothing would happen to him. Damayanthi prays for Raj’s safety.

Raj gets ready. Purnima sits in the hall and does pooja for him. Raj is about to step in water that ha a loose cable and current. He doesn’t step on it. Raj sits with Purnima and joins her. A dia falls and sets fire. Purnima keeps praying. Sun comes out. Damayanthi sees Raj and Purnima’s marriage. Damayanthi says the danger is over. It gets dark again and the moon comes out again.
