Arjun gets Kashvi’s call. He asks if anything is found about Karun. Kashvi says Karun is in hospital and tells him everything about how she found him injured on the road. Arjun is shocked and says you are with him in the hospotal. Kashvi says he got head injury and had much blood loss. She asks him to come fast and ends the call. Aditya hears and realises that he had hit Karun with his bike. He thinks how Arjun and Kashvi got a chance again to stay together, and gets angry. He then thinks whatever happens is for good, and tells that Kashvi will be busy now, and he will get time to plan, to know secret from Shanti and then to kill her.
Arjun, Jagdish and Mahima reach the hospital. Kashvi signs that he is in the OT. Arjun asks if it is his blood on her hand. Kashvi nods her head and cries. Arjun also cries. Mahima looks at them. Karun is taken out of OT. Doctor says this boy is lucky that his mother brought him to hospital on time, else we would have lost him. She says he will be under observation and says the boy’s mother shall stay with him, asking Kashvi to stay. Mahima says I am his mother and will stay with him. Kashvi tries to go inside. Mahima tells that Karun eloped from home due to them, and don’t want to see their faces, and that’s why leave from here. Nurse asks them to bring medicine and do legal formalities. Arjun goes to get medicine, while Jagdish goes to do the legal formalities. Doctor checks Karun and says he is stable and out of danger. Mahima thanks the doctor. Doctor comes out. Kashvi asks her, how is Karun? Doctor says he is under observation. She identifies Kashvi and says when you had come for your delivery, I was intern then. She says I thought he is your son seeing how you fought for him, and tells that she is sure that she would be the best mother, if her child was alive. Arjun comes and hears them. Kashvi says my child is alive and not dead, and tells that a big conspiracy happened, and I was told that my baby is dead, but he is alive and I know that he is fine. She tells that she had left the city, but when she returned, she came to know that her child is alive. She says my child is healthy and safe, and I will search him and will not stop until I find him. Aditya hears and says Arjun shall not know that Kashvi and him have a child together, and he is alive. He says she is mine, even if I have to kill anyone. Arjun hears everything and confronts her for hiding truth from him that they had a child. Aditya gets angry and says now Arjun will love her even more and will not leave her. He thinks to do something.
Arjun asks Doctor when did it happen? Doctor says 6-7 years back. Arjun says this happened when you had left. Doctor asks them to talk. They go to a ward and talk. Arjun says when I came to know that you loved me even before our marriage, I was in shock, and I didnt know that more bigger shock is waiting for me. He says you had given birth to our baby and had not told me, why? Kashvi asks how did you know that it is your baby. Arjun asks do you think that I didnt know when we consummated our marriage, and says it is such a thing which a person can’t forget. He says when I was locked in cold storage and was dying with cold, and you gave me warmth of your body, we flew in emotions and consummated our marriage. He says when you asked me, I didn’t remember anything, but later when my heart was calm, I remembered how we consummated our marriage and completed our relation. He says things became awkward between us, and I couldn’t tell you that I remember this. He says if I had known about the pregnancy and baby then I would have talked to you, but you hid it with me. He asks her to say. Kashvi says you heard it all. Arjun asks what you have hidden from me in all these years, two big things which can change our lives and future. Kashvi says I have hidden from you that I used to love you, and that I was pregnant and we had a baby. She says she has a valid reason not to tell him. Arjun says I have a full right to know about his child, but you decided to hide it from me and thought to live alone with him/her. He says you have given me, my life’s biggest betrayal and for that, I can never forgive you. Chahatein song plays….Kashvi cries and thinks Arjun just gets angry and doesn’t ask me how I felt with the loss of the child and how I am feeling the pain.
Shanti thinks she has less money in hand for food. She calls Aditya. Aditya asks why you are calling me on this number (secret no.). Shanti says Kashvi will go away from your life after knowing the secret, so shall I tell her. Aditya says I remember that I shall clear Mahesh and your name and asks her to give him sometime. Shanti says if you don’t give me proofs of our innocence then I will tell the secret to Kashvi.
Precap: Kashvi prays to God and says Arjun and I have lost so much, due to destiny and circumstances, but we dont want to lose Karun. Police raids in the hotel room where Shanti is staying. Shanti is shocked. Kashvi finds phone beeping and tries to find it. Romila switches on the gas and the cylinder blasts. She screams. Everyone gets up shocked as they were doing puja.
